Can't Resist Food & Overeating to Lose WeightIn my fat days, there were times when I really wanted to lose all my unnecessary weight. I felt ugly, fat, sweaty, undesirable, and just flat nasty at times. And so I'd go on a diet. I remember that many times, my diet lasted no more than a few hours. And because I was so hyped up about dieting, I had convinced myself that I'd been doing without for a long spell - and I would go on a full-fledged binge consisting of cakes, cakes and more cakes.

There is an important key here, that being - you must find an urgent desire to FINALLY ditch all that unwanted weight. Whether it's for your kids, your grandkids, for your health - or just because - find a reason to make yourself WANT to lose the weight. A temporary thought of dieting just won't do.
