New Exercise Technique for Toning - The Duck Dip
Diet Nanny says - do not attempt this exercise if you are ninety months pregnant or if you've recently eaten gassy foods. Other conditions identified by your doctor may also apply. This exercise works to strengthen the thigh area. To perform, after donning a delightful exercise suit, place hand onto sturdy object for balance. Extend opposite arm and flex hand so that it looks precise. Next, lift back of tootsies so that body is supported by front tootsies. Slowly - this is the key for toning those muscles - SLOWLY bend knees and ease down low to the ground, then back up again. It's a bit like letting the air out of puffy balloons. On that note, if you attempt this exercise after eating gassy foods, you'll also sound like a balloon letting air out. |
